Payments
Payments can be made using all major credit/debit cards
using World Pay and Paypal.
Shipping and Handling
Postage charges are listed against each item. We aim to be competitive with our postal
charges and do review them on a regular basis.
We post everything by First Class Mail, which allows for customers to
receive items quickly.
Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class mail the next
working day however the estimated delivery time is approximate and The Magic
Broomstick has no control over the Postal Service, therefore we cannot be held
responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
We endeavour to post orders out within 2 days of orders
received and paid for, however under normal circumstances we will post orders
within 24 hours of the order and payment received.
While every effort is made to ensure all products are available
there are occasions when events outwith our control mean an item is
temporarily out of stock. In such
circumstances you will be emailed with an approximate delivery date and at this
time you will have the opportunity to cancel your order at which time a full
refund will be made. If you have ordered
several items and you want to continue with a partial order then we will refund
the difference.
Returns
The Magic Broomstick will accept the return of items, which
have been ordered in error, or you are unhappy with provided they are unopened,
complete with any tags attached and are in a resalable conditions. Before any returns are made the customer must notify The Magic Broomstick of the reason for the return and they will be issued with a returns number. Returned items will not be dealt with unless this returns number is included in the returned package. The Magic Broomstick must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods if there is a problem with them and they require to be returned. The Magic Broomstick will not be held
responsible for the return postage of these items unless the item is being
returned due to a fault. Once an item has been returned and checked then a
refund will be given.
We will endeavour to resolve any difficulties quickly and
request that any problems be brought to the attention of The Magic Broomstick
promptly, to allow us to do this.
